CEFALEXINA

It works by killing some types of bacteria that can cause various types of infection in people. Like all antibiotics, cephalexin is only capable of killing certain types of bacteria, so it is only suitable for treating certain types of infection.
It can be used to treat the following infections:

• Bacterial ear infection (otitis media)
• Bacterial infections of the pharynx
• Infections of the lungs and airways
• Uncomplicated infection of the urinary bladder (cystitis)
• Uncomplicated kidney and prostate infections
• Dental infections
• Uncomplicated foot infections
